Scores: S. Brown 3.5 - 8, Bryant 4.5 - 8, Cohn 6.5 - 9, McElroy 5.5 - 8, Patching 0.5 - 8, Rathbun 0 - 6, Sobers 5 - 9, Wall 3.5 - 8, Way 7.5 - 9, Whittle 4.5 - 9. Please note: because of Oliver Sproson's untimely death, any results in games played against him have been declared void. Scores have been adjusted accordingly. Congratulations to John Way on winning the title again. Patching is relegated. Rathbun would have been relegated but is withdrawing and since it is not fair to relegate the 4th from bottom player, one relegation place has still to be decided.

Group B.

Hares - Collisson 0.5 - 0.5

Final scores: Phillips 4.5 - 5, Spink 4.5 - 5, Davey 3 - 5, Price 1.5 - 5, Collisson 1 - 5, Hares 0.5 - 5.

Correction: the result Phillips - Spink 0.5 - 0.5 was reported as a league result when it should have been reported in this group. Spink is promoted because he won more games playing black.

Group C.

I have only recently been told that D. Gibbs withdrew from the group at the start as did Parry.

Townshend - O'Brien 0 - 1

Townshend - Rees 1 - 0

O'Brien - Rees 1 - 0

O'Brien - Potter 1 - 0

Final scores: O'Brien 3 - 3, Townshend 2 - 3, Rees 1 - 3, Potter 0 - 3.

O'Brien is promoted. There has been a lot of miscommunication going on in this group this time, so my apologies if results have appeared a second time.
