Correspondence Chess Director’s Report

At last, the new BCA Correspondence Chess rules have finally been drafted and will appear at the end of my report. Hopefully, they are easier to understand and it is hope that this will lead to more BCA members playing in the BCA event. If anybody has any comments regarding the new rules, perhaps they could contact myself.

The 41st Championship is now completed and Ernie McElroy has been crowned champion. The premier group and this time one challenger group will appear after the results.

David Hodgkins,
