Photographs and video clips will be taken during the event for publicity purposes.  Typically the images will be of people playing chess, receiving prizes and enjoying social events.  

Please note that if you have missed the closing date the organiser may not be able to accept your booking and that if your booking is accepted, a late supplement of £10 per person may apply.

Examples of payments using members’ rates:

Single room or shared Double or Twin room £60 per person per night for dinner, bed and breakfast (Seven nights for one person £420. Seven nights for two people £840.  Add £10 per person going to Wells.  Add £10 per person going on the tour of Wells Cathedral.)

Single occupancy of a Double or Twin room £65 per person per night for dinner, bed and breakfast (Seven nights £455. Add £10 if going to Wells.  Add £10 if going on the tour of Wells Cathedral.) 

If there is an Under 18 Sighted UK resident member or an Under 25 Visually Impaired UK resident member in your booking, or a first event subsidy is being used, please note this in Other Details at the foot of this form and leave the payment amount blank as special discounts may apply.  The organiser will contact you.

Please also say if you are intending to use a First Event Subsidy, though note that full payment is required in advance as the subsidy is given as a refund after you have attended the event.

Payment by bank transfer is strongly encouraged as cheques can be delayed in the post and your booking cannot be confirmed until payment has been received.
