From the 19th to the 26th of July 2025, BCA members gathered in Bournemouth for the Chairman’s Cup. BBC Radio Solent came along to interview Publicity Officer Abi Baker and event organiser John Jenkins. The video has the audio track of the interviews with various images such as the BBC and BCA logos, photos of Bournemouth pier, the chess playing room, the trophies, all of the players who took part, guide dog Joyce and a few members enjoying a trip to the beach!
